i'm not quite sure how to work this thing

i'm trying to make this blog be something where i can just post a bunch of different news items, essays, videos, articles, etc. that i think are interesting. the first step that i am taking is trying to figure out how to post the entire articles from my shared reading list on Google Reader. if anyone knows how i might be able to get my reader to do that automatically that would be cool. i also want to be able to publish my shares from facebook.
